Dr. Mary Welch
Owner and Veterinarian
Dr. Welch is a 1983 University of Tennessee graduate. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Southern Veterinary Medical Federation, and an active member of the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association,and the American Animal Hospital Association. She and her husband have four children, three dogs and three cats. You may often find her dogs (Will, Jackie, and Garth) greeting patients as they arrrive at Berry Hill Animal Hospital.

Dr. Michele Sandefur
Veterinarian
Dr. Sandefur is a 1995 Purdue University graduate. She has been with Berry Hill Animal Hospital since 1996. She has three dogs, Dakota, Montana, and Ertel. If you have been to Berry Hill Animal Hospital, you have probably met Ertel. He likes to sit in one of the chairs in the waiting room and pretend he is the next patient.

Dr. Michele Williams
Veterinarian
Dr. Williams is a 1988 Louisiana State University graduate. She began working at Berry Hill Animal Hospital in 1988. She and her husband have two children and two dogs, a Bouvier des Flandres named Beverly, and a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog named Ben.

Dr. Anne Stanland
Veterinarian
Dr. Stanland is a Colorado State University graduate. She has been working at Berry Hill Animal Hospital since 1997. She has five cats and two dogs, including a Basset Hound named Longfellow.

Terry Faulkner
Technician
Terry breeds, raises and shows Shar-peis. We lose count of how many she has. She also has two cats. Terry has been at Berry Hill Animal Hospital since 1999. She is a graduate, licensed veterinary technician.

Dawn Foster
Technician
Dawn has been with Berry Hill Animal Hospital since February, 1998. She and her husband have three children and two dogs. Before moving to Nashville, Dawn worked at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital in Boston.

Julie Cornell
Technician
Julie has a big heart for all the animals that come through our facility. She has adopted several that needed homes. She now has three Himalayan cats and five dogs (her two sons have helped talk her into some of these). Julie has had years of experience working in the veterinary profession.

Natasha Seals Parrish
Front Office/Technician
Tosha has been working at Berry Hill Animal Hospital since shortly after moving to Nashville in 2000. She is a 2000 graduate of the veterinary technician program at Snead State Community College in Boaz, Alabama. She has a new baby pug, Micah.

Barbara Hinkle
Kennel Supervisor
Barbara has worked at Berry Hill Animal Hospital since 1986. She has a dog named Jasmine, and is loved dearly by our clinic cat, Gorby (he considers himself her cat).
