ABOUT US Foothill Veterinary Hospital was founded years ago with a dual purpose: to provide the best possible care to pets and piece of mind to their owners. Dr. Robert Bell and staff have been helping to keep the pets of Pasadena healthy and happy for years. Dr. Bell is currently affiliated with the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and a current member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) as well as the San Gabriel Valley Veterinary Medical Association (SGVVMA).
