Dr. Allen is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He has been in practice in the Plain City area for the past 30 years.

In addition to his practice of veterinary medicine, he is a nationally known draft horse judge and past president of the Belgian Draft Horse Corporation of America.
