Dr Dean Kile graduated from the Ohio State University in 1978. Soon after graduation, he moved to Arizona and purchased the AASHNE Animal Hospital in 1985.

Dr Joy Pearson has worked at the AASHNE Animal Hospital since 1978. Dr Pearson works part time at the AASHNE Amimal Hospital and spends the rest of her time doing relief work at a number of different clinics in the Valley.
