Ted Randelzhofer, DVM
Veterinarian, DVM

Dr. Ted is a Racine native and a 1990 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. After working as an associate veterinarian in Crystal Lake, Illinois and West Allis for 14 years, he and his wife Diana (a certified veterinary technician) decided to build their own practice. The Animal Hospital of Union Grove was founded in August 2004 in a brand new state-of-the art facility. Dr. Ted has a special interest in surgery of the cruciate ligament, patellar luxation surgery and simple fracture reduction surgery. Dr. Ted feels it is most important for clients to feel they have made good medical decisions for their pets. He takes the time to answer any questions and explain all the options to his clients. Information is the key to insuring the best quality and duration of life for your pets.

Diana
Veterinary Technician
I have been working in the veterinary field since 1992 and a licensed technician since 1998. The best part of my job is talking to all of you. I enjoy helping you find a solution to a problem with your pets or prevent one from happening. When I’m not doing that, I’m doing all the things for your pet that a nurse, an x-ray technician and a lab technician can do for you. When I’m not at the clinic I’m taking care of our three boys. Dr. Ted and I also have two dogs, an Amazon parrot and two Arabian horses. I enjoy riding and scrapbooking when I can.

Lynn
Veterinary Technician
I have been employed at AHUG since the day it opened. I have been a CVT for over five years. I am married to my husband, Dave and I have one daughter, Tara, who is my pride and joy. I also have three cats and two dogs. My hobbies/interests are reading books, watching TV and movies, listening to music, playing drums and going to my daughter's dance performances.

Robin
Veterinary Technician
I have been working in the veterinary field longer than I can remember. I earned my technician's liscense in 2002. In addition to my three dogs, four cats and African Grey parrot, I have two children, three step children and two grandchildren. I cannot imagine doing anything more rewarding with my life than caring for the animals that have crossed my path. In my free time (which does not come often!) I enjoy photography, needlework and cooking. Ask Dr. Ted and the rest of our team about my cheesecake!

Sarah

My interests other than my children and family inclued crocheting, gardening, and supporting the community of Union Grove. I have been with the Animal Hospital of Union Grove (AHUG) since its beginning in 2004. It is very satisfying working with Dr. Ted and his staff, knowing the animals will receive excellent care.
