ABOUT US Animal Hospital of Waterford was started in May 1997 by Dr.Bell. His first two employee's were, Diane McCain and Annette Tobin. Diane is the practice office manager and Annette (Sis) is a technician and also responsible for billing. The practice quickly grew between then and the present. The growth has added 3 more technicians, Anne Kraus, DeEtte Hering and Wendy Dauson. In July 1998 Dr. Mike Fanelli graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and joined the practice. The practice is truly a "James Herriot" type of hospital. We make farm calls out to the country and know most of our clients (small and large animal) by their name and their pets name.
