Dr. Sheryl Ernst
Veterinarian

Born in Minnesota, I have called Clinton, Iowa "home" since 1959. A 1984 graduate of Iowa State University's College of Veterinarian Medicine, I started an exclusive "house call" practice in 1985. The practice was born out of necessity and remains an important service today. The clinic was built in 1989, followed by the kennel/grooming building in 1992 and the supply store in 1996. Pets have always been my passion and I am grateful for what I get to do every day!

I have 4 dogs, 2 cats, 4 horses and 2 teenagers!



Pam 
Vet Assistant

Pam is from Fulton, Illinois and joined the practice in 1992. With her natural animal handling ability, she quickly became an asset and has been my right-hand-woman ever since.

Pam has 2 dogs, a Basset and a Dachshund.




Bonnie
Groomer

Bonnie, aka the "pet pampering person" is a self-taught groomer with quite a fan base - pets and humans alike! She is the ultimate animal advocate and will stop at nothing to assure your pet's positive grooming experience.





Beth
Receptionist

Beth joined the practice in 1997. Also from Fulton, Beth is a true animal lover. Her friendliness and compassion is heart felt and she's always ready to step in and rescue a pet in need.

Beth has 2 labs, 2 cats and 2 grandkids!


 


Rachael
Office Manager

Rachel joined the practice in 2002. Her kindness, helpfulness, knowledge and organizational skills keep the front desk running smoothly!

Rachel has 4 cats, 2 terriers and 1 cute toddler!





Evie
Kennel Attendant

Evie is a retired medical technician and is an obedience and agility instructor participating in the sport for 9 years. She is one of our kennel staff and helps to make the animals feel at home.



Jenny
Kennel Attendant

Jenny joined the kennel staff in 2003 and has kept our pets fed, watered, pottied and played with ever since!

Jenny has several cats and a soft-spot for homeless felines!


 
Brianna

Brianna is an ISU student and helps us out during the summer months and on school breaks. Hurry up and get your DVM Bri!

Brianna has 1 dog.




Keli
 
A Clinton High School student, Keli joined us when she was born. Toddling around the clinic, she now answers the phone and cleans kennels!




John
Stock Boy/Honey Doer

John joined the team in 1991 when he married me. :o) He places orders and stocks the pet food when he's not working at ADM.
