ABOUT US Drs. Hallihan and Casulli are not only partners in Animal Care Centers, but at home as well - as they are also husband and wife! Dr. Hallihan and Dr. Casulli met at the University of Pennsylvania, where they were classmates in Penn's School of Veterinary Medicine. In August, 1998, Drs. Casulli and Hallihan welcomed their first child, a son, Cameron into their lives. A daughter, Devon, was born in March, 2001.
