TRAVEL DIRECTIONS
 From I-15: Take exit 274, turn east onto Orem Center Street; continue east until 469 Center. Our clinic is located just east of Mountain View High School on the south side of Center Street.


From Orem State Street: Turn west onto Orem Center Street; continue west until 469 Center Street. There is a stoplight at 400 W. Our clinic is located just west of the light on the south side of Center Street.
