Dr. Beckman graduated from Mississippi State University in 1987 and has 13 years experience in companion animal practice. He was voted by his classmates as the veterinarian they would most like to treat their pet. He has worked extensively in emergency and critical care medicine and has a special interest in ophthalmology and dentistry. He is currently in training to become a specialist in veterinary dentistry under the mentorship of Dr. Jan Bellows. Dr. Beckman is married to his wife of 20 years and has a daughter Lauren aged 16. He enjoys time with his family, triathlon, cooking, travel, scuba diving and gardening.

Diana's caring nature combined with her interest in business management makes her a highly important member of our team. She displays a unique compassion and love for our patients and enjoys working with their owners to make their visit with us as enjoyable as possible. In her spare time she likes to spend quality time with her husband of 5 years and their 9 assorted pet's.

Lecia, Dr. Beckman's wife of 21 years has a degree in business and ensures the practice runs smoothly from within. She adds a warm Southern charm to our caring staff.
Tabitha Stone
Veterinary Technician
Tabitha works primarily assisting Dr. Beckman in surgery monitoring our advanced monitors for anesthetic procedures and dental services.
Christine Gipson
Veterinary Technician
Chris will greet your pet in the exam room and take care of them if they are boarding or hospitalized. She also grooms one day a week and the pets love "Aunt Chris". She brings with her invaluable knowledge of medicine from years of nursing.
