Dr Philip R. Gaudet
Veterinarian
Dr Gaudet has practiced at the Capeway Veterinary Hospital since 1981 and enjoys all aspects of Veterinary Medicine, from wellness visits and diagnostics to surgery.
Originally from Rehoboth Ma. , Dr Gaudet now enjoys living in the southcoast area. His hobbies include camping, hiking, canoeing and reading.

Sharron
Certified Veterinary Technician
The oldest and shortest person working at Capeway, Sharron has an abundance of compassion as evident in all the strays she fosters, adopts, and nurses back to health.
Sharron has been a Vet tec for 15 years and has experienced everything from late night calf deliveries to amputating a leopards tail.
She has a deep love for animals, an eagerness to learn, and the utmost respect for the way people and animals are treated in this hospital.

Sue
Head Veterinary Technician
Our fearless leader; Sue is head tech, overseeing at least 12 other technicians and receptionists. She is up to any daunting task, as is evident by her flawless ability to produce a schedule that keeps everyone happy.........YEAH RIGHT!
Though she has only been here four years her experience and battle scars make her an old pro.
With her sunny personality and everchanging hair color, Sue keeps things running smoothly and efficiently

Robin
Veterinary Technician
Robins first experiance with Capeway was as a child when Dr Sherman used to make farm calls to her parents farm. Years later, she decided to put her EMT knowledge to work and become a valued vet tech.
Always smiling, eager to assist, Robin believes in good mental health.

Amy
Veterinary Technician
Amy is from Acushnet, She's been working for Capeway for about a year. Her interests are veterinary sciences, volunteer work, and travel. Her favorite part of practice is the hands-on learning that she recieves here that will help her with her future education.
Amy is a Sophmore Biology major at Roger Williams College. Amy's hobbies are reading and going out with friends. She says she owns the million dollar dog.
She has done mission work Texas, Mexico and Amos House in Providence, Rhode Island at various times in her life, helping the poor and the less fortunate to better thier lives with the services provided

Cindy
Receptionist
Cindy, A.K.A. "Supertech" is our evening receptionist and resident breed expert. She is known for her reliability, though not always her punctuality!
Cindy is always courteous and efficient, with excellent people skills and a caring attitude.
Cindys job is to accomodate our clients wishes to the best of our abilities and make your first and last impressions of Capeway good ones.

Dave
Veterinary Technician
Dave is a Biology student at UMASS Dartmouth. He has also attended Jacksonville University in Florida He's from Dartmouth, New Bedford and Palm Beach Florida (thats what he said!) He has been on the Capeway team for about a year. He enjoys going clubbing, reading and shopping. Daves favorite part of practice is learning interesting facts about Veterinary Medicine that could benefit his future in science. His Favorite sayings are "Oh nooo!", "Are we done yet?", "Whats for Dinner?"
Dave has through his travels and experiences,has met some amazing people from all over the world.

Dr Nandini Jayaram
Veterinarian
Dr Jayaram has been with Capeway for four years. She's a native of Fredrickton, New Brunswick, Canada. Her interests are reading, traveling,walking on the beach, and spending quality time with her golden retriever "Riley".
Her hobbies are running and working out

Dr Tracy Carreiro
Veterinarian
Dr Carreiro is a native of Warren, Rhode Island. She has been with Capeway for about 9 years.
Her interests are Behavioral and Geriatric Medicine. She enjoys reading, walking, and playing with her children.
Dr Carreiro's favorite part of practice is educating clients about pets problems and medications and problem solving.

Laurel
Veterinary Technician
Laurel has been with Capeway for 17 years. She keeps the surgery running safely and efficiently. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and reading. She is talented in ceramics,knitting and sewing. Her favorite saying is "No, the one that says entrance". Laurels favorite part of the practice is surgery. Laurel has been Working with the doctors of Capeway from the first year they began.

Dr Sherman
Veterinarian
Dr Sherman has been practicing at Capeway for 18 years. He resides as well as works in Fairhaven. He is a supporter of the coalition for Buzzards Bay, having participated for the past two years in the swim from New Bedford to Fairhaven. He enjoys boating and scuba diving, as well as almost all other ocean related activities. His hobbies are digital photography , computer art and almost all handi-crafts.
His favorite part of practice is being able to help people and their pets in small ways every day.
Favorite saying: You should learn something new every day.....when you think you know it all, it's time to leave.

Jessica
Veterinary Techinician
Jessica is one of Capeway's newest team
members. Her interests are School!,School!, School!, WORK,WORK,WORK! (She has no time for anything else)
Her favorite part of practice is being able to constantly learn new things. (she loves animals and now can learn to care for them whether healthy or ill.
Jessica is a Marine Biology student at UMD and she has the unique ability to adapt to new situations.
