ABOUT US Dr. Richard Smits and the rest of the staff here at Cedar Creek Veterinary Clinic are proud to offer our clients the best and most advanced animal care facilities available. Whether it's for a routine examination, serious health issues, or for the treatment of an injury, when you bring your pet to us you can count on our treating your pet like one of our own. We here at Cedar Creek Veterinary Clinic know what your pet means to you and your family - we know how much you care about your pet, because we care about them to. The doctor can be reached after regular office hours by calling the office to get a recorded message and home phone number. Should you be unable to reach Dr. Smits you are encouraged to call the Emergency Animal Clinic in Fort Wayne at (260) 426-1062. Dr. Smits believes you will find our fees very reasonable. Feel free to ask what services are going to cost before they are performed. We ask that all fees be paid in full at the time services are completed. We do accept cash, check, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa cards for your convenience. Continuing education is a priority from time to time as the doctor and staff will be taking classes to learn how to better care for your pet. We appreciate your understanding when you may need the doctor and he is not here.
