David A. Knox, DVM, MS
Veterinarian
Dr. Knox is a native of Los Angeles, CA. After completing his undergraduate studies at Cal Poly Pomona, he pursued graduate studies at Auburn University in Alabama. He completed a Master's of Science degree in Veterinary Physiology and Pharmacology before moving on Veterinary School. Dr. Knox began veterinary practice in Merced, CA in 1992. After 1.5 years in a mixed animal practice, the Knox family moved to San Diego and has called it home. The clients and patients of Companion Animal Clinic have been a focal point of Dr. Knox's career since the purchase of the practice in 1995.

Dr. Knox continues to study veterinary medicine through continuing education seminars, journal articles, and close contact with specialists in the field. His goal is to always stay on the forefront of medical advancement for you and your pet.
