Crestview Animal Hospital was founded in 1966 with a dual purpose: to provide the best possible care to pets and peace of mind to their owners.
We have always strived to build and maintain a reputation for excellence and satisfaction amongst our customers, and are extremely proud of the results.
Dr. Juan J Pagan, Dr. Paul Hart, and staff have been helping to keep the pets of Indianapolis healthy and happy for years.

Doctors' hours by appointment.
Routine Examinations, Vaccinations, Dentistry, Indoor Boarding, Spaying and Neutering, Soft Tissue and Orthopedic Surgery, Nutritional Counseling, Idexx in house Blood Testing Equipment, Microchipping (HomeAgain), Radiology, Electrocardiograms, Senior Pet Care, Pharmacy and Laboratory services, Euthanasia, Pet Cremation.
All our patients are of the greatest importance to us. Occasionally routine office visits are delayed due to emergencies. Please be patient and know your pet will receive the same level of attention.
We honor checks, VISA, and MasterCard.
Should an emergency situation arise after hospital hours, we recommend you call the Animal Emergency Clinic 317-849-4925 located at 8250 Bash Road or the Airport Animal Emergi-Center 317-248-0832 located at 5235 West Washington Street. Both clinics employ doctors and technicians specially trained to provide emergency treatment.
