You can always reach us on the clinic phone when we are working in the clinic which is the best time to call.

If we don't answer at other times,  please leave your name, phone number and a brief message as to services needed, prefered appointment day, best time to reach you and we will return your call. 

*We try our best to return calls with 48 hours. If you do not hear from us, please call back and be sure to state your telephone number slowly and clearly.

LIE to exit 49 south (Route 110 south)
Go approximately 3 miles,  under the RR overpass and turn right onto route 24, conklin st.
