Theresa Duffy
Office Manager
Terry began her employment with us as a Veterinary Assistant in 1989 and was promoted to office manager in 1998.  Terry's abilities to multi task are highlighted by her outgoing personality.  She is mother to six children and multiple "furry" kids.  She keeps very busy with her kids activities.

Toni O'Brien
Veterinary Technician
Toni has been a technician since 1991, joining us in 2000.  Beside her regular duties as a tech she has helped foster and rehab more than a few orphaned animals.  She resides with her pit mix, Piglet, as well as three kitties.  Toni spends most of her free time volunteering at Pet's Alive animal sancturary in Middletown, NY.  She is currently working toward her AAS in Veterinary Technology.

Diane Masterson
Kennel Manager
In 2000, Diane started working here part-time as a kennel attendant being promoted to kennel manager in 2001 and moving to full time.  Her consistant and genuine concern for her boarders are what make her an asset to the hospital.  She treats all of them like one of her own, of which she has eight (four dogs, three cats and an african grey).

Melissa Kupiszewski
Veterinary Assistant/Kennel attendant

Melissa began here as a kennel attendant while attending high school.  She was quickly promoted to veterinary assistand and still takes care of your pets in our kennel.   Melissa is the "go to girl" covering all areas of the hospital.  Melissa resides with her two kids (dogs) Chip and Coco.  She is taking classes toward her AAS in Veterinary Technology.

Kathy De Block
Veterinary Assistant
Getting an AAS in Marketing and Management, Kathy began working in the fashion industry.  After staying home with her three kids she returned to work in her new career of vet assistant in 2002 coming on board here in 2005.  Besides juggling work and kid's schedules she is going to school for her AAS in Veterinary Technology.  Along with her human family Kathy has two dogs, a cat and a fancy rat named Margarat.

Lynn Bresnan
Receptionist
Lynn was hired to man the front desk in 2008.   Lynn was not new to the practice, however, as she is a regular client with her challenging pup, Nikki, a cocker spaniel.  Lynn covers our evening and Saturday hours and is always pleasant and accommodating.

Schroeder
Hospital Greeter

After being picked up by animal control and not getting adopted Schroeder was "promoted" to hospital greeter.  He is an all around good natured feline. He may not show much interest in the other pets, but if it is a boxer, then it becomes quite entertaining, as he actually looks like he's boxing them!  He just loves to be petted and our clients always ask for him if he is not in his usual perch on the front desk.
