Doctor Kris Nelson grew up on a cattle and swine farm in southern Minnesota. She completed her bachelors degree in biology at Luther college in 1991 and a masters degree in biology at Drake University in 1993. She graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997 and has practiced at the

Farmington Veterinary Clinic ever since. Her special interests at the clinic include small animal medicine and surgery as well as farm animal medicine and surgery. She enjoys the friendly personal attention that Farmington veterinary clinic has to offer.
In her time away from the clinic Dr. Kris enjoys quilting, SCUBA diving, gardening and traveling. Her best friends include Dasiy an 11 year old black and white Last Hope rescue, Cricket a 2 year old yorkipoo, an old black lab Sadie and Mark a plumber and Farmington volunteer Firefighter.

She owned and operated a small hobby kennel for 5 years. She grew up in Farmington and still lives there with her husband and their daughter. She also breeds Labrador Retrievers and has 4 of her own, Farley, Meg, Mallee and Drake In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, participating in field trials, and photography |

Lynne has been grooming dogs and cats for over 20 years and still loves doing it. She does everything from hair cuts and baths to plucking ears and clipping nails. She is able to groom any type of temperament, sometimes with the help of sedation. Lynne is at the veterinary clinic three days a week. The rest of her time is spent taking care of her animals or with her kids and her new grandbaby. |

2006. I graduated and received my Associate of Applied Science degree from the Medical Institute of Minnesota in 1997 and became a certified veterinary technician that same year. I live here in Farmington and own two boxers, Sofie and Layla, and three cats, Monte, Smithers and Wiggum. In my spare time I enjoy exercising with my two crazy boxers, hanging out with friends and remodeling my house.
