Dr. Daniel J. Davis
Veterinarian, DVM
Dr. Davis purchased the practice in 2008 from Dr James A Noll. He was previously a veterinarian at the Grants Lick and Pendleton County Veterinary Hospitals. Dr Davis has fourteen years of experience in the veterinary field and enjoys medicine and wellness outpatient exams as well as surgery.
Dr Davis attended Auburn University's College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1994. He did his pre-vet studies at the University of Kentucky and was an animal science major.
Dr Davis is originally from Piner, Ky (in Southern Kenton Co), and graduated from Simon Kenton High School.
He and his wife have three children and they all enjoy working with their small farm animals and gardening.
Julie
Veterinary Technician
Julie is a licensed, trained veterinary technician. She has been working in the veterinary field since 1979. She began working at the Florence Veterinary Hospital for over fifteen years. Julie enjoys showing horses with her family. She is also the owner of the Northern Ky Equine Lab, where she runs blood samples for equine diseases.
Karen
Receptionist
Karen has been working at the Florence Veterinary Hospital for over five years. She is a very compassionate person who enjoys making clients and their pets feel welcome in the office. Karen is an avid gardener and enjoys sitting on the porch and watching the birds and other wildlife in her wooded yard.
Terri
Receptionist
Terri has over 6 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist and assistant. She manages a horse boarding stable and shows Basset Hounds in both conformation and performance events.
Angie
Receptionist
Angie has over fifteen years experience in the veterinary field. She joined the Florence Veterinary Hospital staff in 2008. She is an avid camper and enjoys life with her pug Minnie.
Loretta
Veterinary Technician
Loretta has over twenty five years experience in the veterinary field. She spends most of her time at work assisting in surgery. She joined the Florence Vet Hosp staff in 2008. She has rehabbed many species of wildlife, squirrels being her favorite.
Amberly
Veterinary Assistant/ receptionist
Amberly joined the staff of the Florence Vet Hosp in 2008. She is a full time student at NKU and is studying Education. Amberly enjoys vacationing with her family.
