Dr. David Munson
Owner/Veterinarian
Dr. Munson grew up in California and worked with dairy cows in Alaska before coming to Minnesota for veterinary school. He bought Golden Valley Animal Hospital in 1989. Favorite pursuits include golf and raquetball. He has 3 cats and 3 dogs including "Waldo" the whippet.

Dr. Maggie Tiffany
Veterinarian
Dr. Tiffany was raised on a family farm in southwestern Minnesota. She is a 1984 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine. She has practiced in several small animal clinics in the metro-area. Dr. Tiffany joined GVAH in 1993. She enjoys a variety of challenges presented in veterinary medicine and animal behavior.
Dr. Tiffany and husband Phil have a home dominated by 5 cats and 2 dogs. Other interests include music, gardening and reading.

Patty
Veterinary Technician
Patty has been a veterinary technician since 1985. She and her husband have two children. Six dogs and six cats currently call their house "home!"

Clare
Certified Veterinary Technician
As a veterinary technician, Clare enjoys the daily interaction with pets and their owners. She has been employed in the veterinary field for 8 years and has 3 dogs and 3 cats of her own.

Kelli
Veterinary Assistant
Kelli has worked in the veterinary field since 1998 and is a student at the University of Minnesota. She has a toy poodle, "Toto", a chihuahua, "Twinkle", and a 2 persian cats, "Gracie" and "Mugsy."

Erin
Veterinary Assistant
Erin has been in the medical field since 1997, using her degree in biology and nutrition. She is currently enrolled at Argosy University, where she will receive her certification as a veterinary technician. She has four cats of her own: Summer, Ferris, Joy and Abbey. She and her husband also welcomed a baby daughter to the family in September 2002.

Jackie
Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Staff
Jackie has been working part-time at Golden Valley Animal Hospital for several years as a kennel attendant and veterinary assistant. She has several cats. She loves being part of the GVAH team because the animals well being is so important to all who work here.

Lori
Office Manager/Receptionist
After nearly 10 years working in public libraries, Lori entered the veterinary field in 1998. After 2 1/2 years at another clinic, Lori joined the GVAH staff in March of 2001. She and her husband and college-age son have seven dogs, and are volunteers for Retrieve A Golden of Minnesota golden retriever rescue and NorthStar Great Pyrenees Club. Lori also founded a local chapter of Therapy Dogs International, called "Pals On Paws." You can meet their pets at http://www.geocities.com/ripleygold.

Erika
Certified Veterinary Technician
Erika joined the GVAH staff in September 2001, and has been a technician since 1990. She and her husband have three cats (Napoleon, Josephine and Mulligan) and a rescued racing greyhound named Specualtor.

Shelley
Veterinary Assistant
Shelley came to GVAH in the summer of 2001. She is a student at Argosy University, studying to be a Certified Veterinary Technician.

Dr. Jessica Levy
Veterinarian
Dr. Levy graduated from the Virginia/Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. While also working at another clinic, she began part time at GVAH in 2000. She left her other position and devoted herself full-time to GVAH in January 2001. She has numerous pets of her own, including dogs, cats, a horse, a ferret, a mule and a miniature horse.

Kennel Staff
Nina is a high school student who works for GVAH as a kennel attendant.

Jamila
Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist
Jamila joined the GVAH staff in February 2002. She is a veterinary technician student at Argosy University.

Leyna
Kennel Staff
Leyna works for GVAH as a kennel attendant.

Tricia
Veterinary Technician
Tricia joined the GVAH staff in the fall of 2002. She is a recent Argosy graduate, and expects to obtain her CVT early in 2003.

Linda
Kennel Attendant
Linda works for GVAH as a kennel attendant.

Karena
Kennel Attendant
Karena is a kennel attendant for GVAH. She hopes to be a veterinarian someday.
