Dr. Bruce Goldman
Owner / Veterinarian
Dr. Bruce Goldman attended Bologna University in Bologna Italy. Not knowing Italian, Dr. Goldman purchased his vet books in both English and Italian, taught himself the language, and graduated in 1982. He has been with Huffard Animal Hospital for the past 16 years and purchased the practice in June of 1992. Dr. Goldman truly enjoys helping people and their four legged friends. Always on the go, Dr. Goldman enjoys traveling, biking, tennis and basketball, as well as spending time with his son Zack, daughter Samantha, and wife Jodi. Two dogs Skippy and Sydney make the family complete.
Dr. Nora Carroll
Veterinarian
Dr. Carroll graduated from the school of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri in 1967. She was the fourth woman to receive a DVM degree from the Univerisity. The first 25 years or her 33 years in Veterinary practice were spent in Chicago, Ill. In 1982 she began a practice devoted to house calls. In 1990, Dr. Carroll moved to Maryland to be close to her family. She considers herself fortunate to be a member of a profession that is also her passion. When not caring for patients, her life is shared with 2 dogs and 5 cats who keep her very much in line.
Dr. Eric Griffin
Veterinarian
Dr. Eric Griffin graduated from Ohio State
University in 1991. He has been with us here
at Huffard Animal Hospital for the past 4 years. He enjoys the many facets of internal medicine, as well as surgery.
Dr. Griffin shares his time away from Huffard
Animal Hospital with a menagerie consisting
of 2 Rottweilers, a Lab and 2 cats. He also
enjoys working out at the Gym and biking.
Dr. Derek VanDuzer
Veterinarian
Dr. Derek Vanduzer graduated second in his class from Tufts University in Boston. His
favorite aspect of Veterinary medicine is
Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. VanDuzer shares his
home with his wife, Kim, 2 dogs, Zeke and
Autumn, one cat, Alexis, and is soon to be
the proud daddy of a baby girl. In his
spare time, Dr. VanDuzer enjoys boating and golfing.
