From Wilmington,and the north, take US 421 to US 74-76. Travel three miles west of Wilmington to NC 133. Turn right and proceed 1.2 miles past Mcdonalds. We are located across from Woodburn Presbyterian Church. From the west and south, take either US 17, US 74-76 or NC 133 to Village road and go past McDonalds. Description

We are a full service veterinary hospital.
Located three miles west of Wilmington in Leland, NC, our clinic provides quality veterinary services along with grooming, and bathing. Medical services include vaccinations, case consults, in-house laboratory, radiology, surgery, dental, anesthesia monitoring, microchipping, and ultrasound. Our courteous and friendly staff will be glad to assist you with any questions about our practice. We strive to emphasize client education in a family oriented atmosphere. Drs. Beauchamp, Claypool, and Brazik are glad to work with you in any way possible to help your pet remain happy and healthy. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-1pm. Our emergencies are handled through the Wilmington Animal Emergency Clinic. Thus, we can provide full services around the clock if needed. Call us at 910-371-3440 for an appointment.

Dr. David Beauchamp

Veterinarian, DVM

Dr. Beauchamp is a 1985 graduate of N.C. State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Beauchamp also received a BS in Zoology in 1981 from NCSU. Dr. Beauchamp's special interests include orthopedics, soft tissue surgery. Dr. Beauchamp served as President of the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association for 2006-07. He was recently elected to the American Veterinary Medical Association's Judicial Council. If you wish to see Dr. Beauchamp with your pet, you will need to ask for him specifically when you call the office.

Dr. David Brazik

Veterinarian, DVM

Dr. Brazik is a 2002 graduate of N.C. State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Brazik's special interests include ophthalmology, dermatology, and internal medicine. Dr. Brazik enjoys intensive care cases, and ultrasound studies of the heart and abdomen. Our brand new ultrasound machine will enable Dr. Brazik to do detailed exams of your pet that could not be done previously.

Dr. Jaime Claypool

Veterinarian, DVM

Dr. Claypool joined our staff September 1, 2007. She is a 2003 graduate of North Carolina State. Her special interests are internal medicine and preventive health. She also enjoys ophthalmology, and dentistry, and soft tissue surgery.

Christina McCauley

Groomer

Christina has worked in our practice since 2005. She is an accomplished groomer able to make your pet look its best. She is proficient in clipping, shaving and bathing your dog or cat.

Hope Rivenbark

Senior Receptionist

Hope has been a member of our staff for almost seven years. Along with Candi, Debbie, and Sharon, Hope can help you with making appointments, answering basic questions and addressing your basic needs.

April Lehmann

Veterinary Technician

April joined our team in May, 2008. A native of New York state, April graduated from State Univ of New York in 2002. She has worked with wildlife rehab and emergency pet services. She has been a licensed vet tech in NC since 2005.
