Nancy J Belknap, D.V.M.,
owner of NHAH, completed her pre-veterinary courses at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She was accepted to Kansas State University and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in May 1981. She was employee of veterinary practices in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Parkersburg, West Virginia, and Springfield, Missouri, from 1981-1989. Married in 1982, Nancy and Keith have two sons born in 1986 and 1987. In March 1989, She opened her own practice in Rogers, Arkansas called Cypress Plaza Veterinary Clinic. In October 1993, She opened New Hope Animal Hospital at its current location at 103 E. New Hope Road.
Patrick Hayden, DVM
Veterinarian
Patrick Hayden, DVM, is a 1991 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Before joining New Hope Animal Hospital in August of 2000, he practiced in Northeast Wisconsin. His special interest in internal medicine and orthopedic surgery adds much to our hospital. His wife Patty is an avid animal lover as well and their house and barnyard are full!
Lynn Life
Veterinarian, DVM
Lynn Life, DVM, is a Northwest Arkansas native and graduated from Rogers High School in 1981. After high school Dr. Life earned her registered nurse degree (RN) and worked as a nurse for ten years in New Orleans. But her true love of animals prompted her to change careers, and in 2003 she graduated from the Louisiana State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her special interest is tiny breeds?in fact she has two dogs less than five pounds! In addition she is very adept at oncology and cardiology. We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Life on our staff!
Caran Stouffer
Veterinarian, DVM
Caran Stouffer, DVM, is a 1989 graduate of Tuskegee University of Veterinary Medicine. She is an Arkansas native that earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She practiced small animal medicine and gained experience in Virginia and California before returning to Arkansas to live and work. She is a skilled diagnostician and considers client education and communication essential to the total care of each of her patients. She is thrilled to be back close to her family including her daughter who lives in Kansas City. She shares her heart and home with her mom, brother and wonderful Golden Retriever Murfee. We are delighted to have Dr. Stouffer join our team!
Lori Brown
Veterinarian, DVM
Lori Brown, DVM, is a 1980 graduate of Colorado State University College. Prior to moving to northwest Arkansas she practiced small animal medicine in California and New York. Her experience and expertise in feline medicine and radiology makes her a valuable part of our team. As the mother of three boys she spends a lot of time driving, buts also enjoys reading, cooking and sports of all kinds.
Janelle Hodgson
Veterinarian, DVM
We are proud and excited to announce Dr. Janelle Hodgson has joined our staff at New Hope Animal Hospital. Dr. Hodgson is a 2006 graduate of the respected Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Hodgson received many honors in veterinary school. She is a native of Kansas and her parents are nearby in Scammon, Kansas. Dr. Hodgson is joined by her two Golden Retrievers named Wyatt and Max, and her calico cat, Prissy. Her hobbies include playing tennis and hiking. Her addition will help us focus on our skills with our ultrasound and new endoscope
