Dr. Burke is a 1991 graduate of the University of Florida and owner of the clinic since May 1999. He previously worked at the Volusia Animal Emergency Clinic for 4 1/2 years. He and his wife, Lisa, share their home with their son Luke, Marco the Portugese Waterdog, and Jilly and Jack their two cats.

Becky is a graduate from Longwood University in Virginia. She has worked in the animal welfare and medical field for over 20 years. She lives happily in the Daytona Beach area with her husband, three dogs and two cats.
Melissa Bond-Nelson
Veterinary Technician
Melissa is one of our veterinary technicians. She comes to us with a great compassion for animals having served as the surgical technician at Halifax Humane Society for 4 years. She is now a proud mother of 2 children, Jake and Emily.
Marge Speedling
Certified Veterinary Technician
When Marge joined our team she brought with her over 26 years of experience as a licensed veterinary technician in the small animal field. She and her husband relocated to sunny Florida from upstate New York.

Ashley is the warm and happy voice you hear when you call our office. She is currently pursuing her academic career in pre-veterinary medicine and business management at Daytona Beach State College.
