Dr. Raymond Craft, DVM

Dr. Craft graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1974. While practicing in an emergency animal clinic for five years, Dr. Craft formulated the idea for "PETVACX".
He and his wife, Dr. Deborah Dodson, established PETVACX veterinary services in 1982 filling the need for affordable veterinary services. This need was met in a unique way. The mobile service, including housecalls, proved innovative and successful, gaining national recognition. Awards from the Montgomery County Council, Montgomery County Humane Society and the Department of Natural Resources have been gratefully received. PETVACX veterinary services has grown to include a full service hospital and boarding facility.
Dr. Craft is proud of our hospital, services, and staff. He remains committed to our original concept of providing quality veterinary care at affordable prices.
Dr. Deborah Dodson, DVM
Owner
Dr. Dodson was born in Washington, DC. She graduated from Maryland University with an undergraduate degree in Zoology. She went on to pursue a five year doctoral program and received a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Perugia Veterinary School in Perugia, Italy in 1982. She is fluent in italian.
PETVACX has been and continues to be a source of personal pride for Dr. Dodson. Our staff is devoted to providing quality pet care at affordable prices.
Drs. Dodson and Craft have two daughters, two dogs, one cat, and a hamster.
Teri Retelle
Office Manager
Teri has been employeed by Petvacx since June of 1995, she started out as a receptionist and was promoted to Hospital manager. Teri loves Jack Russel Terriers and is currently owned by 4 JRT's named Dylan, Darcy, & Diesel and Dharma She also has a shelter dog named Trisha, and 2 rabbits named Dahlie and Dickens.
Janice Allen
Kennel Assistant
Janice has worked for Petvacx since April 1995 and lives in Rockville not too far from her job. She has always loved animals, She has a guinea pig named Cheezwhiz, that she adopted from the animal shelter across the street. Her other hobbie is riding horses.
Janice has many other hobbies including photography and bowling. She is also a gold medal equestrian in the Special Olympics. Currently she is trying her hand at guitar lessons.
