ABOUT US Princeton Animal Hospital is among 16% of animal care facilities in the antion certified by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). AAHA is the world's leading association of companion animal practitioners. To achieve AAHA distinction, our hospital has passed comprehensive inspections of our veterinary practice, managment, facilities, and medical equipment. We understand your pets are a big part of the family and we share in your compassion and love for them. Our passion is to offer you the highest quality care and service. We are dedicated to keeping your pet healthy and being accessible for advice on their care. You can be assured that an old-fashioned personal touch is alive at our family veterinary practices. Our philosophy is to constantly improve your pet's care and our service to you. This commitment is evident in our daily rounds, weekly staff meetings and monthly doctors' meetings. These meetings include suggestions, ideas and plans to improve our care and service as well as further educate our staff. In fact, we subsidize our staff with continuing education courses throughout the year. In an emergency situation, we pledge to always schedule your pet immediately, no matter what our bookings. We are on call for our clients' emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To you our valued client, we pledge our availability and support. When calling after hours you will initially be connected with our 'voice mail' after-hour communication system. The instructions are easy to understand and follow. After leaving a message, this system automatically pages the veterinarian on call. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. Veterinarians Jim and Terry Miele purchased the Princeton Animal Hospital in 1988 (originally on Rte. 1), established the Carnegie Cat Clinic in 1991 and acquired the Plainsboro-West Windsor Veterinary Associates in 1996.
