L. Anderson
D.V.M.
Dr. Anderson is a 2007 graduate of Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine.
Prior to moving to Omaha, she worked in Iowa and Wisconsin.
Dr. Anderson joined Ralston Veterinary Clinic in June 2011.  Dr. Anderson lives with her husband, son, a rat terrier mix (Libby) and their cat (Patrick).
She is an avid Cyclone fan and enjoys baking, gardening and knitting.

L. Berry
D.V.M.
Dr. Berry received her doctorate of veterinary medicine from Kansas State University in 2007. 
Dr. Berry previously practiced in Texas and Indiana. 
She joined Ralston Veterinary Clinic in August 2010.
Her professional interests include Wound Management, Ophthalmology and Ultrasound. 
Dr. Berry is married and has a son, Tyler.
Her four legged family members include an Italian greyhound (Parker) and a Boxer mix (Bo).

T. Burbach
D.V.M.
Dr. Burbach is a 2001 Iowa State University Graduate.

She spent 6 years in Sioux Falls, South Dakota prior to starting at Ralston Veterinary Clinic in December 2007.
Along with making sure her pets are well cared for, she enjoys the challenges of internal medicine and pet behavior.
Her family of 5 includes, her four legged girls, Dalmations (Cordelia and Jaala) and CC. A cat (Frank), as well as her Quarter Horses (Emma and Millie).

During Dr. Burbach’s free time, she enjoys riding Quarter Horses, showing dogs in obedience, agility and gardening.


A. Erickson
D.V.M

Dr. Erickson started at Ralston Veterinary Clinic as a veterinary school intern and was hired in June 1976.

He has watched the Ralston Veterinary clinic evolve from a 4 doctor large and small animal practice to the 10 doctor primarily small animal practice it is today in our fantastic new hospital.
Dr. Erickson enjoys providing client education, doing orthopedic surgery and working on difficult internal medicine cases.
Away from work he enjoys his children’s sports and school activities. Basketball, fishing, golf, and trips to the mountains are the recreational areas he looks forward to during his off-time.

N. Jernigan
D.V.M.

Dr. Jernigan has been a familiar face at Ralston Veterinary Clinic since 1965.  
After 2 years of duty in the Army he returned to Ralston Veterinary Clinic in 1968 and has remained since.
His face may be more familiar in the countryside surrounding the Omaha area.
"Doc" or "Dr. J" are the more familiar names we've heard his large animal clients call him.
He enjoys doctoring horses, pigs, and cattle and puts many miles on his truck. 
The stories Dr. Jernigan has gathered in his country work could undoubtedly fill a book.
He begins and ends his business day in the clinic as he also works on our beloved pets. 
The 30+ years of practicing veterinary medicine has given Dr. Jernigan many opportunities to travel to numerous U.S. cities and abroad for veterinary medical conventions. 
He has enjoyed his travel time while furthering his veterinary education. Aside from his work and traveling, Dr. Jernigan enjoys spending time with his young grandsons.
Those who have worked with Dr. Jernigan will agree that throughout his years at Ralston Veterinary Clinic he has displayed a constant positive attitude through fire, tornado, flooding and power outages while maintaining a keen sense of high business ethics.

 

M. Kaliff
D.V.M.
Dr. Kaliff received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University. 
She joined our staff in the summer of 2006.
She enjoys the challenges of internal medicine and dermatology.

Her family of 2 includes her two dogs Deimos and Rico.

She enjoys outdoor activities for recreation in her spare time.

L. Mansfield
D.V.M.
Dr. Mansfield began working at Ralston Veterinary Clinic in 1988. 
Prior to veterinary medicine, she taught junior high English and Art in Bellevue in the 1970's.
  Now she often cares for the pets of her grown students. 
With her teaching background, Dr Mansfield communicates easily with her clients.
She enjoys treating and diagnosing her  patients and providing wellness exams.  

Dr Mansfield is involved with the Nebraska Veterinary Medical Association. 
She has helped plan numerous Continuing Education meetings and has served on the board.
Dr, Mansfield enjoys doing arts and crafts, reading, walking, and camping in Colorado, and caring for her pets.


A. Olson
V.M.D.
Dr Olson is relatively new to Omaha, having moved from Philadelphia afer graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011.  Although she is originally from the East coast, she has always been drawn to the friendly atmosphere and more relaxed pace of the midwest.  
Dr Olson loves being a part of the unique bond between pets and their owners and especially enjoys interacting with her clients.  In addition to promoting pet wellness, she has a special interest in internal medicine, behavior and ultrasonography.
When she's not working, Dr. Olson enjoy running, yoga, cooking  and watching college football with her husband.  Dr Olson has a dog named Annie.


K. Raddatz
D.V.M.
Dr. Raddatz came to us from a veterinary practice in Oshkosh, WI
She is a 1991 graduate from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. 
She has made her daily  commute from Lincoln to work with us since March 1993. 
Dermatology is a special interest of Dr.  Raddatz. 
She finds working with the skin problems of animals an interesting challenge. 
She also sees the importance of preventative health care and enjoys partenering with pet owners to provide that care and strengthen the human-pet-veterinarian bond.
She keeps busy at home with her newest family members; twins. 
And tries to find time to ride her Quarter horses

B. Witzel
D.V.M.
Dr. Witzel graduated form Ohio State University in 1989

She practiced in the Chicago area approximately 18 years.
In February of 2008, she successfully talked her husband into moving back here to her home town of Omaha (although now she does admit to missing Lake Michigan)

They brought with them their two dogs and two rabbits. 
When not working, Dr. Witzel enjoys gardening, shopping and going to the beach.
