Dr. Norman Busciglio DVM was born and raised in Tampa, Fl. In his earlier years he worked on his family dairy farm. He graduated from St. Leo College with his bachelors degree before moving on to University of Florida to get his degree in Animal Science. In 1979 he graduated from Auburn Univerity were he got his Veterinary Medicine Degree. After graduating from Auburn he became an associate veterinarian and later partner with Dr. Roque Santa Cruz. Dr. Busciglio is a member of the American Veterinary Association, Florda Veterinary Medical Association, Hillsborough County Veterinary Association and a associate member of the American Animal Hospital Association. Some of Dr. Busciglio's area of interest are Internal Medicine, Surgery and Dermatology.
Tammie Hodge, DVM

Dr. Tammie Hodge, originally from the Tampa Bay area graduated from University of South Florida in 1997. She then moved to Gainesville where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida in 2001. After graduating, Dr. Hodge returned to Tampa to complete a small animal medical and surgical internship at Florida Veterinary Specialist. Upon completion of the internship, she found that she enjoyed the diversity general practice has to offer including the bond that forms with clients and patients as treating each pet as she would her own.
Dr. Hodge has practiced in the Bay area for over ten years both as an associate veterinarian and as a medical director. Growing up she brought her first dog to Santa Cruz Animal Clinic and feels its an honor to return as a veterinarian giving back the outstanding care she received as a pet owner twenty years ago. Her clinical areas of interest are in dermatology, wellness, and emergency medicine. She has three dogs all rescues: Sebastion (border collie), Sierra (beagle), Sydney (chihuahua). In her spare time you will find Dr. Hodge cycling on various bike trails and rooting for the Florida Gators and Philadelphia Eagles during football season.
Catherine Stanton, DVM

Dr. Catherine Stanton was born and raised in Connecticut. In 2003, she graduated from Auburn University with her degree in Veterinary Medicine. That same year she joined the Santa Cruz Animal Clinic team. In 2008, she made a horrible mistake and moved to Ocala. After 3 years she came to her senses and returned. Her clinical interest are in surgery and dermatology. Dr. Stanton has 5 rescue pets including 4 dogs, Cadbury, Skip, Socket, Jameson and Jake the cat. She also has an Eclectus parrot, Oscar and horse, Dylan.
