Dr. B J Ravnsborg
Veterinarian
Dr. Ravnsborg is an Omaha native, and earned his undergraduate degree and graduated from Kansas State Univeristy College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. After coming back to Omaha in 2001, he had stays at Ralston Veterinary Clinic and Elkhorn Animal Hospital. Dr. Ravnsborg co-founded Walnut Creek Veterinary Clinic in January 2008. He is married to Michelle, who is a veterinarian at Elkhorn Animal Hospital. They have 3 children: Ben, Ally, and Ty, and a Boxer from a rescue group, named Cookie.
Dr. Kendra May
Veterinarian
Dr. May is originally from Hastings, Nebraska. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and graduated from Kansas State Univeristy College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. Dr. May has worked in Omaha since, and joined the Walnut Creek staff in March 2009.. She and her husband Jeff have two energetic boys, a German Shorthair dog named Aspen, a Basenji named Sequoia, and Abigail, a Terrier mix from one of our rescue groups.
Adam
Office Manager
Adam has a degree in Operations Management from Kansas State University. He is married to Joanne, who is owner of Ridgeview Animal Hospital in Omaha. They have 5 children: Jack, Lucy, Vivien, Jay, and Eddie. Their family pets are a cat- Mellie, a Border Collie/ Shepherd mix named Tex who was rescued from a shelter in Dallas, and a Chihuahua named Tinkerbell .
Sarah
Veterinary Technician
Sarah received her degree from Vatterott College in Omaha. She is married to Ketrick and reside in Glenwood, IA. They have 3 dogs-Sky, who is a husky and Diesel a Rottweiler. Angel is Sarah's rescue dog, a cute little Maltese mix that needed open-heart surgery. Sarah also has 3 cats, Squeak, Little Mew, and Jackie.
Kathy
Veternary Technician
Kathy joined our team in October 2009, and is a graduate of Vatterott College in 2005. She and her husband Jeremiah live in Louisville with their 2 children, Skyler and Dominic. They have a Pomeranian named Bear, a Sphynx cat -Grandpa Wrinkles, and 2 other cats, Prego and Daisy.
Melissa
Veterinary Technician
A 2010 graduate of Vatterott College in Omaha, Melissa completed her externship at our sister clinic RIdgeview Animal Hospital and joined our staff in March 2010. Melissa is a Fremont native and has a cat Roxie, and a rescued Border Collie mix named Daphne.

Receptionist
Jo has worked in the veterinary industry for over 25 years and transferred to Walnut Creek from our sister clinic. She is knowledgeable and friendly, ready to assist you! Jo has 4 cats: Dolly, Sidney, Bunnie, and Rascal and a 30 year-old horse!
Sharlene
Receptionist
A Bellevue native, Sharlene joined our staff in August 2010 with over 13 years of veterinary experience. Always smiling, Sharlene is here to help you on the phone or in person. She and her husband Omar have 3 dogs: , Raider- a Beagle mix; Saint- a Bloodhound, and Diamond- an American Bulldog mix. They also have a cat named Rookie.
