ABOUT US Watt Avenue Pet Hospital is proud to be an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). Our accreditation demonstrates our commitment to the highest standards of veterinary care. AAHA regularly inspects our hospital to ensure that we comply with the association's high quality standards of care. These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, pharmacy, laboratory, exam facilities, pet health records, cleanliness, emergency services, dental and nursing care, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. AAHA standards are recognized around the world as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine. Only approximately 14 percent of animal hospitals in North America are accredited by AAHA. At Watt Avenue Pet Hospital we pride ourselves on offering high quality, personalized medical care for your pet. In addition, we truly enjoy educating owners about the care their pets will need for a long and healthy life, as we believe prevention is the key to good health. Knowing that each medical problem can affect many other systems of the body, we perform complete physical exams on every patient. Because your pets are family members, we understand the concern that our clients may have when their pets undergo medical tests and procedures. This is why we allow you to be present for all medical procedures, if you wish. The services of a board certified veterinary surgeon, veterinary radiologist, and veterinary opthalmologist are also available. Finally, you are welcome to visit our hospital at any time.
