The Acre View Pet Hospital is a full service Veterinary Hospital for small animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, iguanas, hedgehogs, mice, guinea pigs, ferrets, as well as a host of other small animals. In addition, we offer services in boarding and grooming. We strive to exceed our customer expectations for animal health care, offering superior quality medical choices.

Boarding
Acre View offers air-conditioned indoor kennels for cats and dogs. In addition we take precautionary measures by using isolated facilities for sick animals. Furthermore, special caging is used for many kinds of exotic animals. Animals are fed with either the owner's food or food provided by the hospital. Animals are also given fresh water several times daily and a blanket to lay on. The dogs are given at least three outside exercise walks daily.

Acre View offers a grooming room that can accommodate many various breeds of dogs and cats. Acre View offers a variety of animal cleanings. All the groomings are done by an experienced groomer.

Dr. M. Margaret King is the owner and primary veterinarian at Acre View Pet Hospital, Inc. Dr. King was born in Oklahoma and has lived her entire life in Oklahoma. She lived in Edmond in the late 60's when she was obtaining her B.S. in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. She received her DVM from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater and practiced in Oklahoma City before coming to Edmond. Dr. King also has a Ph.D. in Medical Physiology & Biophysics from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. King spent tens years caring for research and laboratory animals. She did a tutelage with Dr. James Sprouse, to be able to maintain the high level of care he offered especially to the English Bull Dog breed. As a result she has found love for and special facilities to care for the Bull Dogs. Dr. King carries on Dr. Sprouse's interest in English Bull Dogs as a breeder.
