Dr. Todd Varnes graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 1991. He received the "Orthopedic Student of the Year" award in 1991. He completed small animal surgery and medicine internship at the University of Georgia Veterinary Teaching Hospital in 1992. He has worked in two small animal emergency clinics since 1992 and is currently the sole owner of the Affordacare Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Jayne Jasan D.V.M. graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. She joined the Affordacare Veterinary staff in July of 1999.
