Staff Members

Dr. Tim Fleming

Veterinarian/Owner

Dr Fleming attended the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He worked as an associate for All Animal Hospital prior to purchasing it. His special interests within the clinic are Orthopedics and Laser Surgery. Outside the clinic, he enjoys golf, reading, outdoor activities, and animals. He has 2 dogs, Pup-Pup and Nikki, a cat named Juliet (JuJu to friends), and his newest addition is Hank, a horse.


Dr. Fleming is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association, Shelby County/ Memphis Veterinary Association, American Veterinary Surgical Laser Society, and the American Animal Hospital Association.

Dr. Suzanne Gaines

Veterinarian

Dr. Gaines attended the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is married to Steve and has five, "four-legged" children: Blueberry, Koko, Gypsy, Gretchan, and Solomon.

Gary Wood

Practice Manager

Gary joins our team with over 10 years in the veterinary profession. Gary is a Tupelo native, and recently purchased a home in the neighborhood in which he grew up. He enjoys spending his free time restoring his new home. Many of you already know Gary, but his number one fan is "Puddles", his 11 year old Skye Terrier.

Gary oversees day-to-day operations of the hospital. He looks forward to meeting you and helping to provide the best possible care for your pets! If he can help you in any way, please feel free to call on him.

Amy Ausbon

Technician

When Amy decided to return to the work force, she knew she loved animals but had no idea she would find a career so rewarding and interesting. When not at work, Amy is mom and wife. She has 2 children: a 12 year old, and a 10 year old. Her other children are two labs- Jack & Jill, a Golden Retriever- Tanney and three cats, Toby, Patches, and Sophie. She loves the outdoors, animals, and her job!

Penny Jolly

Receptionist

Penny has a special place in her heart for her children: Little Man Jolly- her Fiest, her Dalmation- Domino, two cats, two birds and a horse. She loves gardening, antiquing, travel and spending time with her family and pets. Penny always has a smiling face to greet you and your pets at All Animal Hospital.

Shea Bridges

Receptionist

Shea is the voice you often here on the other line when you call our clinic. She is eager to assist you in any way she can. Shea is a true animal lover and makes a daily 45 minute commute to her job. Shea has been married for 5 years and they have a 12 year-old German Shepard, named Schultz, a 2 year-old German Shepard, Cede, and an 8 month-old Pomeranian, named Boomer. She enjoys shopping, movies, and spending time with her husband, babies, and sister.

Arlene Lindsey

Receptionist

Arlene is another voice you hear upon calling All Animal Hospital or that friendly face that greets you upon arriving at our hospital. Arlene, and her husband, are proud parents of four sons; ages 12, 10, 6, and 4. She enjoys teaching aerobics, singing in her church choir, and spending time with her family, including her pound puppy, Jessie-a very special member of the family.

Liz

Technician/Receptionist

Liz and her husband recently moved to Tupelo. Liz comes to us from a twelve doctor veterinary practice in Chicago. Her smile, enthusiasm, and joy of learning are contagious. We are enjoying helping her to cultivate a Southern accent. You will always recognize Liz with her smile; she is available to assit you and your pet in any way. Liz is pictured here with her new addition "Wimper" (a real sweetheart).
