Graduated in 1985 as a D.V.M. from Colorado State University.
Dr. Teets has been practicing as a companion animal veterinarian in Rapid City since 1988.
Dr. Teets' husband Don is a math professor at SDSMT and they have a son Ryan.
Dr Teets is very proud to offer LASER surgery in our practice, where we are devoted to providing you the most current tcehnology in veterinary medicine today.
As a hobby Dr. Teets has 3 Standard Schnauzers, which she trains, shows, and has competed with in obedience and agility.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality compassionate veterinary care!

Theresa is a native of South Dakota and lives in Hermosa on a cattle ranch with her husband Rick and three children.
She is devoted to making your visit to our hospital as pleasant as possible, and will try very hard to make things work for you!
Theresa has many years of animal experience, and brings a delightful personality and many wonderful qualities to our front office.
"Pat" is their three legged wonderdog, and is a working cattle dog.
Theresa spends her spare time attending youth sporting activities as an ABSOLUTE team supporter!

Aimee Brown

Veterinary Assistant

Aimee comes with a vast array of unique animal experiences as a marine animal trainer.
Aimee also works at our sister business the Pet Pantry, (when we allow her time away from the hospital!)
She will carefully watch over and care for your pets while they are here in our hospital. Aimee tries very hard to give each pet a little extra special attention.
Her husband and life partner is a local expert in fossils and fossile restoration.
They have a wonderful dalmation "Dice."
Aimee also teaches puppy kindergarten classes and assists with classes in basic manners.
Aimee has recently attended an instructors seminar by NADOI (National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors) in Denver.

We are very happy that we have Terry as a training consultant to refer your pet questions to!
Terry has been offering pet dog training for over 20 years. Her business "Happy Tails Dog Training" is more than 15 years old.
Terry's major interest is in pet training and in assisting pet owners achieve the well mannered dog
Terry recently attended a NADOI (National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors) conference in Denver.
The training school offers a wide array of different classes:
Puppy kindergarten
Conformation
Basic obedience
Beyond basics
Agility

Cathie will try hard to meet your scheduling needs, make sure your invoice is correct, and answer your questions to the very best of her ability.
She will try to make your pet's (and your) visit to our hospital as pleasant as possible.
Cathie's husband Wayne is a Major in the Air Force and they share their home with their two shelty's Callie & Missy.

June has several years of experience as a veterinary technician and kennel manager.
She has a degree in veterinary technology from National American Univercity.
June will carefully watch over and care for your pet while staying in the hospital. She will make sure they receive all the extra special attention they deserve and while getting the highest quality care available!
June has a teen age daughter, two dachshunds and a cat.
