Animal Birth Control was founded over 20 years ago by Dr. William Marvin Mackie. His mission was to limit the over-population of pets in the Los Angeles area. Dr. William Marvin Mackie and his staff work very hard to keep the exsisting pet population happy and healthy. Animal Birth Control also works with all of the area animal shelters and offers many services to adoptable pets.
