Dr. Kitto is a 1993 graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. He is a member of American Animal Hospital Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, California Veterinary Medical Association, North Valley Veterinary Medical Association, & the Paradise Chamber of Commerce.
He has practiced in Paradise since 2000, and has practiced in Baltimore, MD, and Yucaipa, CA.
