Dr. Wlliam L. Joslin, DVM

Equine and Small Animal Veterinarian / Owner

Dr. Josln graduated from Clorado State Universty School of Veterinary Medicne in 1981. He has been practcng for 20 years and started this practice in 1989. He treats horses, dogs and cats. Dr. Joslin is married to Peggy, and has three teenage sons: Nick, Taylor and Sean. They have two dogs: Jazz, a 10 year-old Westie, and Dusty, an 11-month old Jack Russel Terrier. Addtionally, they have a cat, Rascal, three horses, Brownie, Peppy and Lena

Dr. Valery K. Stevens, DVM

Small Anmal Veterinarian

Dr. Stevens graduated from the Oregon and Washington State Universty School of Veternary Medcne in 1985. She has been practicng for 15 years and treats dogs and cats. Dr. Stevens is marred to Craig and they live in the far west valley in a newly built log cabin home. They share their home with 12 horses, 6 dogs, a Doberman AZ IZ, a Great Dane, Habu, a German Shepherd, Rocky, three Welsh Corgi's, Tater, Phoenix and Cowboy, 4 cats, Dually, Ashley, Cactus and Paint, and numerous chickens and cattle.

Matthew W. Hillebrand, DVM

Small Animal Veterinarian

Dr. Hillebrand graduated from the Oregon and Washington State University School of Veterinary Medicne in 1994. He has been practicng for 6 years and has been at Estrella Animal Hospital for 4 of those years. He is married to Kristi, with one son, Hayden, two years old, and a baby due in April, 2000. They share ther home with Lacy and Heidi, German Shorthair Pointers, Barkley, a Lab, and Indigo, a tabby cat.

Dr. Karen M. Whitham, DVM

Small Animal Veterinarian

Dr. Whitham graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. She had been practicng in Louisiana and Texas and just recently moved to the Valley. Dr. Whitham is a newlywed, married to Rusty, who is stationed at Luke Air Force Base. They share their new home in Surprise with 3 dogs, Chubby, a Dachshund mix, Maggie, a Doberman mix, Whiskey, an American Eskimo, and their cat Bubbles.
