Description
|
We are a small animal care provider for mostly dogs and cats, and an occassional "pocket pet." We are dedicated to practicing preventive care in the area of annual checkups, vaccination consultations, dental care, nutrition, diagnostics, medicine, and when necessary, surgery. We enjoy the opportunity to share in the special years of the geriatric family pets.
We provide after hour and emergency services on a limited basis, and are always available by phone to discuss your pet's urgent needs.

Dr. Boehm has lived in Colorado since 1951 (age 3), except for 2 years (1972-1974). He graduated for Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1972, practiced 2 years in Phoenix, and then relocated in Littleton in 1974.
He has owned and operated Highland Animal Hospital since 1987 as a sole practitioner and now employees a staff of 3 full time technicians/receptionists and several part-time team members.
Dr. Boehm encourages his clients to not take him too seriously because he likes to enjoy life and laugh alot, but never doubt his desire to take his profession and medical responsibilites for his patients extremely seriously.
