Staff Members

James Sillers, DVM

Veterinarian, DVM

- Graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1970.
- Practiced in central Wisconsin for a few years before returning to Imlay City and the Imlay City Veterinary Clinic in 1975.
- Grew up on a dairy farm near North Branch, MI.

Linda Cadotte, DVM

Veterinarian, DVM

- Graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1991.
- Originally from the Warren, MI area, started at ICVC in 1999.
- Professional interests include surgery and endocrinology.

Her hobbies include quilting, gardening, reading, and her chickens! She has a Llwellen setter, Dakota; 3 oriental shorthair cats, Minou, Blueberry, and Prune; an outside cat named Truffle; and an assortment of birds; chickens, quail, geese, and a few finches.

She is most proud of the fact that her work is truly enjoyable and that ICVC is a fun place to spend her time.

Seth Ueleke, DVM

Veterinarian, DVM

- Graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001.
- Originally from central Illinois, moved to Imlay City after graduation from Veterinary School.
- Professional interests include dentistry and small animal orthopedics.

His hobbies include building and flying radio-controlled airplanes (crashing them, too). Personal interests are any form of motorsports, football (GO COWBOYS!), and watching NASCAR races with his wife.

His favorite part of ICVC is the small staff atmosphere, everyone knows each other well. A truly enjoyable place to work.

His list of pets is long: 3 dogs, a golden retriever, Rusty; a chocolate Labrador retriever, Wally; a Jack Russell, Benny; 4 cats, Winston, Rocky, Allison, Newman; (bonus pts. for anyone seeing the name theme!), 1 saltwater aquarium, and 2 freshwater tanks.

Donna Barnes, DVM

Veterinarian, DVM

- Graduated Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003.
- Grew up in the Columbiaville, MI area, and now lives in rural Imlay City.
- Professional interests include equine lameness, pocket pets.

Her hobbies include horseback riding, reading, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and dog. Her favorite activities include watching sports, especially professional football, with her husband and spending time with family.

Her favorite thing about the clinic is how eveyone feels welcome and comfortable.

Her pets include 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 2 horses, 1 perfect puppy, and 4 fish tanks.

Leta Culver, LVT

Veterinary Technician

- Graduated from Macomb Community College Veterinary Technician program in 1993.
- Has been at ICVC since 1998.

She enjoys sewing, cooking, gardening, swimming, and biking. She has 3 dogs; Max, Martha, and Zoe; and 2 cats; Cappy and Gilligan.

Her favorite thing about Imlay City Veterinary Clinic is the variety, not knowing what may come through the door next! Also, the lengths that clients will go to in order to provide the best care for their animal, even strays they adopt!

Helen Wyse, LVT

Veterinary Technician

- Graduated from Baker College Veterinary Technician program in 2003, and has been with ICVC since.

Hobbies include horseback riding, and painting ceramic figurines. Other interests include gardening and collecting draft horse pictures. She has a dog named Taz and a Belgian draft horse named Jen among her pets.

Her favorite part about working at ICVC is making a very frightened animal feel comfortable and loved during its stay.

SueAnn Walker

Receptionist

SueAnn has been with ICVC since 1994. She enjoys archery, antiques, gardening, and she REALLY loves to do anything with her granddaughter.

Her list of pets is probably our most diverse: 2 corgis, 2 cats, 6 llamas, 3 donkeys, 6 sheep, 7 longhorns, some fish, and a few emus!

Her favorite thing about ICVC is the way that the staff as a whole takes the time with each client to assure them we understand and that we care.

Beth Eddy

Receptionist

Beth has been with us since 1996. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family and pets. She has 1 dog and several cats.

Her favorite things about the job are the great doctors and friendly staff.

Laura Zanotti

Receptionist

Suzette Burnham

Veterinary Assistant

Suz has been at the clinic since 2000. Her hobbies and interests include ceramics, bowling, and spending time with her 4 children. She lives with 3 dogs, 3 cats, 3 birds, and a Guinea pig named Elmo.

She really enjoys working with the animals and being able to be there for their owners in times of need.

Diana Stroman

Bookkeeper

Diana has been with us since 1980. Her interests include reading and Tai Chi, other hobbies include crocheting. Her favorite part of being a team-member at ICVC is the family atmosphere.
