Craig Marvil, DVM

Owner/Medical Director

Graduated from the University of California at Davis 1969
Dr Marvil has been practicing in San Diego for 30 years. A past president of the San Diego County Veterinary Medical Association, Dr Marvil currently chairs the peer review committee, on which he has served for several years.
Dedicated to the excellent clinical medicine and surgery, Dr Marvil enjoys keeping current on the latest advances in companion animal care. Since many of our "senior patients" started out with Dr Marvil as puppies and kittens, their longetivity is a testament to the kind and competant care they have received over the years

Brad Broady, DVM

Associate Veterinarian

Graduated from Kansas State University in 1963 After graduation, Dr Broady spent 2 years in military service before establishing his practice in San Diego. Dr Broady designed and built the building that houses the practice, opening here in 1982. Active in the veterinary community, Dr Broady is a past president of the San Diego County Veterinary Medical Association and served 5 years on the board of directors for the San Diego Humane Society.Dr. Broady enjoys all aspects of small animal clinical practice, using his years of experience and well developed intution to keep his patients happy, healthy, and active.

GiGi Orr, RVT

Laboratory Technician

Gigi obtained her RVT training from Mesa College and joined our team in 2000.

Danielle Stone

Receptionist

Danielle is our Client Service Team Leader. She has been working in veterinary medicine for the last 7 years and joined our practice in 1999.

Casey Sanders

Practice Manager

Casey has worked in the field for 30 years. For nine years prior to joining our team she served as office manager for the VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center in San Diego.

Laura Barclay

Receptionist

Laura joined us in April of 2002. She has worked in veterinary medicine for 6 years.

Mckena Haar

Receptionist

Mckena joined us in the end of 2002, coming to us from the auto industry where she had worked in customer service for several years.

Mauricio Guayasamin

Veterinary Assistant

Mauricio joined us in mid-2002. He is planning on becoming a veterinarian and is currently pursuing that goal as well as supporting the doctor's with patient care.

Anthony Rios

Veterinary Assistant

Tony joined us in the end of 2002. In his off time he plays drums with his band Rambis.

Brian Deane-Wallace

Veterinary Assistant

Brian has been with us since 2001. He provides outstanding attention to hospitalized patients and boarders. In addition, he keeps the plants in the hospital healthy and happy as well.

Andrea Brown

Veterinary Assistant

Andi is new to veterinary medicine. She joined our team at the end of 2002. Her tenderness with the patients is outstanding.

Julia Ritterbeck, RVT

Veterinary Technician

Julia came to us from Ohio where she had worked as a veterinary technician. She has been with us 2 years.

Michelle Schexneider, RVT

Michelle has been with us almost 5 years. She has been accepted into veterinary school beginning this fall.

Pamela Holland

Veterinary Technician

Pam is the newest member of our team. She joined us in June of 2003. She has been in the field of veterinary medicine many years and worked at Animal Internal Medicine prior to joining us.
