Description
|
We provide veterinary health care services for pet animals, including examinations, dental care, vaccinations, parasite control, surgery, and medical treatments, and more. We have a small retail shop upstairs featuring healthy diets, grooming supplies, healthy treats and toys. We are strong supporters of our local humane society and participate in their programs. We have one doctor, and 5 staff members.

Ms. Hargleroad keeps the office organized. She manages the appointment schedule, patient files, and telephone. She assists the veterinarian during examinations and procedures, dispenses medications, and manages the inventory. Ms. Hargleroad manages the retail area and has many other responsibilities at The Family Pet Practice.

Ms. Johnson assists the veterinarian with surgery and anesthesia. She has many duties, including record-keeping, screening tests, monitoring patients, preparing the surgery and instrument care.
Ms. Johnson makes a very important contribution to the humane society by volunteering her assistance with medical and surgical care for animals from the shelter.
