Animal Care of Blair PC, d/b/a Thone Animal Clinic, was established over 45 years ago by Dr. Thone. Dr. Ken Holstein has been with the clinic since 1974. His partner, Dr. Leon Leishman, has been with the clinic since 1998.

Thone Animal Clinic is affiliated with the Blair Area Chamber of Commerce, the Companion Animal League, the Cattlemen's Association of Iowa and Nebraska, Washington County Cattleman Assoc. along with the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Nebraska Verterinary Medical Assoc. (NVMA) and Kansas Veterinary Medical Assoc. (KVMA).

Thone Animal Clinic knows how much you care about your pet, because we care about them too. Healthy pets are happy pets!

Dr. Leon Leishman

Co-owner and Veterinarian

Dr. Leishman graduated from Kansas State in 1979 and has been in practice since then. He has been at the clinic since 1998.

Dr. Ken Holstein

Co-owner and Veterinarian

Dr. Holstein co-owns the clinic with Dr. Leishman. He graduated from Iowa State in 1974 and has been with the clinic ever since then.

Cathi

Vet Tech

Cathi graduated from Omaha College of Health Careers in 1989 and has been a Veterinary Technician ever since. She has been with our clinic since August of 2000.
