James Fix, D.V.M.
Veterinarian
Dr. Fix is a 1978 graduate of Texas A&M University. He has practiced in this area since 1983. His special interests include surgery and orthopedics. While his current Doberman doesn't compete, Dr. Fix has a long history of competing with his past dogs in agility and fly-ball. In his free time, he restores and races classic Pontiacs.
Liz Rowlands, D.V.M.
Veterinarian
Dr. Rowlands is a 2004 graduate of Texas A&M University. She has praticed in the Houston Area since graduating. Her special interests include pediatrics and feline medicine. In her free time, Dr. Rowlands enjoys traveling and live sporting events.
Karen Damico
Lead Receptionist
Karen started as a tech assistant in 1997 and has welcomed clients to the practice at this location since 1999. She enjoys her 5 grandchildren and their various activities. She also loves caring for her personal dogs, cats & birds.
Claire Hogenson
Receptionist
Claire joined the practice in 2009. In her free time, Claire trains horses and young riders. She is currently on medical leave.
Virginia Martinez
Veterinary Nurse
Virginia has been with Nottingham Animal Clinic since 2004. She is especially good at calming nervous kitties. Virginia has lived on three continents and is multi-lingual. She is a serious "football" fan and has season tickets to the Houston Dynamo.
Nicole Garcia
Veterinary Nurse
Nicole has been working in a veterinary practice since 2000. She joined our practice in 2007 and works primarily with our surgical patients. Nicole owns a wild mustang and enjoys trail rides, rodeos and competing in a variety of horse-related events.
Gina Russell
Veterinary Nurse
Gina is the newest member of our team, joining Nottingham A.C. in 2011. She has been working with animals since 2000. Gina recently adopted an abandoned Chihuahua after he was hit by a car.
