ABOUT US
MISSION STATEMENT:
The doctors and staff of Winslow Animal Hospital will act as pet advocates by caring for your pets as if they were our own. We will strive to extend and enhance the quality and duration of their lives by delivering high quality and cutting edge medical, surgical, and dental services in a friendly and compassionate environment. It is of great importance that we show respect for our clients, our co-workers, and most of all, the pets to whom we provide care.

APPOINTMENT HOURS:
All pets are seen by appointment only, so as to allow adequate time for your pet to be properly examined. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us to reschedule. Appointment hours are Monday through Friday 9 am-8 pm and Saturday from 8:30am to noon. Surgeries are scheduled Monday through Friday.

EMERGENCIES:
If your pet has an emergency during our business hours, we will do our best to fit you in that day. After hours emergencies are referred to the South Jersey Veterinary Emergency in Linwood at 609-926-5300, the Animal Emergency Service of South Jersey in Mt. Laurel at 856-727-1332 and the emergency service at the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary Hospital is also open 24 hours, and can be reached at (215) 898-4685.

PAYMENT AND FEES:
Payment in full is expected at the time of service. Cash, personal checks with a valid driver's license, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. We also offer Care Credit, a medical credit card program for qualified individuals especially designed for veterinary services. This program allows you to spread payments on large or an unexpected veterinary expense and can be approved by telephone in only a few minutes.

We make every effort to keep our fees fair and reasonable, and consistent with the level of care provided to each patient. You are encouraged to ask the doctor or anyone on our staff about the charges before any services are performed. A written fee estimate will be provided at the time a pet is admitted into the hospital, a deposit being required at this time with the balance due upon release from the hospital.
